Yes, it is possible, I transfered using BHIM. All you have to do is Launch BHIM app. Tap on Send. Tap on A/C+IFSC. Then choose bank your PPF account is with. Fill the Details- IFSC, A/c no, Name(you can write nickname like your_name followed by PPF so that you can remember it for future). Tap on Send after filling all details. On next screen fill the Amount, Remarks(optional), and check the box of “Save for future” (this will save the details with the nickname so you can transfer in future by just clicking on nickname). Tap on Pay and Enter the upi pin.
